I've been to this particular location a few times now... It always seems to teeter totter in the customer service department, as well as quality of fast food. This visit was the worst one I've had! After debating whether they could make something that is no longer on the menu (and we KNOW they make it as we pick it up weekly), and being told to park in the lot to await our food, it was 35 MINUTES at the drive through!
